1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact.
• There is a valid reason such as a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or damage during shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Digital or downloadable products.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item delivered by HSW. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process will apply, subject to this policy.
